Hi,
I had a message from EE that contained a 6 digit security code, I hadn't requested this so ignored it. Shortly after, I now have no signal what so ever, no outages etc reported in my area.
As I use an eSIM, I tried to request a replacement but unable to activate as it's wants to text u a verification number,which I won't receive.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
