Re: Sim not activated after 4 days

I’m currently porting from Voxi to EE I text my PAC code Thursday before 5:30pm and Voxi have disconnected my old sim but I can’t make calls or send texts from the EE sim and calls go straight to EE voicemail. The number in My EE APP had changed to the number being ported it’s been 2 full working days plus the weekend. Please help!

@TheEC   Are you on contract or PAYG?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It’s Contract. Thank you. I have signal but am getting you have dialed an incorrect number when I try and make a call.

I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team who can do a network refresh and ensure your port has completed correctly.

The team can be contacted on 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider.

That’s would be great if I had a working sim! This is my only phone so have no way of contacting you! Can I do it via email please?
