Hi,
I've just moved both my and my wife's number over to EE from Vodafone (good existing customer deal as we get our Broadband from EE).
My wife is fine using a physical SIM, but I'd like my EE sim to be an eSIM, as I use my personal number (eSIM) and my Work number (physical SIM) in my iPhone.
During the checkout process I wasn't given an option to choose my SIM, so I assume I will get a physical SIM through the door in the coming days.
Will I be able to convert this to eSIM easily? If so, how do I go about it? EE App?
Thanks,
Stewart

Hello @StuMcBill1 ,
Welcome to the community,
Once you have activated and used your SIM card, you should be able to request a replacement to an ESim via the app, if that does not work, I would suggest ringing customer service, once you have the physical SIM card.
