Bought eSIM in error- wanted sim

Hi, just added new sim to my account but wanted an ordinary sim .. purchased online..and discovered I had an eSIM.How do  I get eSIM changed ? I bought this a few hours ago. I’ve not downloaded the eSIM. 
(Just an observation, I do think the ‘sales’ page needs to have the sim choice ahead of the continue button . I didn’t realise that my purchase was set by EE to default to eSIM !! ) How do I change my eSIM to an  ordinary (plastic/physical) SIM card ?

@broadbandcat , you can order a replacement physical SIM card or go to an EE high street store with photo ID and they will do this for you, or ring customer service. You need to make sure that it is a replacement SIM card. You can also do this via the EE App or by logging into your account via the website.
