hello, i bought new phone from EE and wanted to transfer the datas from my old phone but it was failed, now i can’t use my sim card in any of my phones, what should i do? thanks for your help

@hiwaahmadi8 On what device? And transferring data from one device to another different device don’t effect a SIM card. But did you request to change to eSIM ?

from i phone 14 pro max to -6 pro max, it says your sim card has been delivered and not usable on this device anymore and when i try it on my new phone it doesn’t work

Welcome to the EE Community
Were you using a physical SIM or eSIM previously? It does sound like during your setup of the new phone you have setup an eSIM transfer as mentioned. Does any active SIM plan showing in Settings> Mobile data on either phone?
If neither phone does have an active SIM currently the only option will be to get a replacement SIM either by calling us on 07953 966 150 from another phone or visiting your local EE store with valid photo-ID.
