Sim not working

I have upgraded from sim only to phone contract.. so once I recieved my new phone I popped in my new sim card..my letter that my new sim card came with says to activate at ee.co uk/simswap..I can not find nothing to help activate it..its been in my phone for a few days now maybe a week.. please some help as I'm still using my old phone which is ready for recycling lol..thank you

@Traw85 Just put your old sim in the new device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Traw85

Thanks for coming here. 

You can register the SIM card here - Activate your SIM (ee.co.uk)

This will send a PIN to the old SIM card which you will need to enter.

Or, as @Chris_B has advised you can continue to use the old SIM.
