Sim not registered

My sim says sim not registered.

It is  Pay as you go sim. I can't even login to ee mobile app.  I think i need to visit ee store with my id to register it.

Yeah I have topped up 15£ .

Is your SIM working yet? It can take up to 24 hours to register on the network.
