Got my sim with my phone contract and I put in into the phone, the sim is not registered 24 hours after I first put it in. I have tried all the EE recommendations but none helped. I cannot call or text and no one can to me. I dont know how to use the sim card.

@mik0_  Have you tried restarting the device?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I recommend giving our Mobile Care team a call from another phone, or popping into your nearest EE Store, so that our help team can check the SIM registration.
