Sim not activated after 4 days

Decided to swap from three to EE and took a contract for a iPhone 14 pro with unlimited data. Entered PAC from three just to get a call from them to convince me to stay with then whereby they then cancelled the PAC code and when I said no im still leaving they sent a new one. 

it has now been 4 days, EE sim not activated, cannot submit new pac code because EE doesn’t recognise its own EE number they sent with the phone and now I’m stuck with 2 phone bills I will have to pay for. A number of calls have been made to EE which only promoted a load of waffle and not a lot of help. 

I have no idea on what to do as it seems activating is rather difficult for some reason. Granted it may be a complicated process but 4 days? Really?

I have done a bunch of things suggested by other previous archived forums to no avail. I am hoping this will prompt some sort of reaction and help as otherwise I will just end up leaving, paying a decent price for a decent service just to get no service isn’t acceptable and it seems like coming to yourselves seems like a mistake.

@VVS1   When you called EE customer services did you give them the pac code ?  If you called late Friday/Saturday or Sunday your number will not be ported till Tuesday as number ports do not happen over the weekend and take up to 24 hours to migrate.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

18th of July when I placed the order, it all went through absolutely fine then the discussion with three took place a day or so later which is when for reasons unbeknown to me had cancelled the PAC code  because I contemplated on the offer they had given but decided against it.  They then sent a new pac code after I’ve stated that I will be parting ways regardless  and now I can’t even submit the new PAC code because the EE number I was sent with the device isn’t being recognised as EE.

Thanks for coming here. 

Do you have signal showing on the EE SIM card? 

If so, can you text NUMBER to 150, does this show the same temporary number you are using for the number transfer form?

Unfortunately no, simply showing no signal. When I try to call  150 it doesn’t connect and messages do not deliver.

The SIM card should be activated for you with the temporary number. Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if any signal shows?

I have tried putting it into the phone I’m currently using which still shows no signal every time I put it in
