Hi @Kno79334 

If you don’t have the sim that you want to request a PAC code for, you will need to get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone.

How long has it been since you last used the sim? If it is PAYG, EE has a hibernation policy which means the number may no longer be active.
