Account Level Service charges when leaving ee

Hi, I just requested a PAC code and I received a text stating that I  would have an outstanding charge of £4.90 and a termination charge for account level service which is £20.59

Any ideas what a account level service  charge is?

I have a business mobile sim only plan with ee and the contract expired in May so its going to a rolling monthly plan. I pay £20.59 a month and my next payment is due on 28th of this month.

Struggling to understand how I can be charged an entire month.

I will call them tomorrow as they are closed today but thought I would see if anyone on here has any ideas.

Many Thanks

Hitendra

@hitendra  You still have to give 30 day’s notice of termination.      At a guess the outstanding charge is for an out of allowance charge.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

But as you pay monthly in advance chances are that you've already paid some of it. You'll only pay for the days up to the end of your notice.

Thanks for the responses. I called ee and the person said he also had no idea why they would charge that and told me to ignore it as they will only charge the days I used. There are no outstanding charges or additional add ons, he confirmed that on the phone.
