Sim issues

Hi, ive recently got an ipad mini as an upgrade with my original sim.

With help from an ee advisor they sorted out my download sim and was told it would take 24 hours to connect but nothing.

I was then told to enter a physcial sim which i have but still no mobile data connection, can anyone help with this issue.?

@Kc992  All you had to do was put your sim in the new device.     You have to put the sim in the device first then you can change over to the eSim as this takes that information from the sim to the eSim.    You probably need a replacement SIM card as this should only take a few minutes to complete.
