How do i contact EE for a replacement sim when its not working iv tried

Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM?

What makes you think the SIM is the problem? Is it physically damaged?

Its pay monthly sim deal the phone says insert sim it was ok then while i
was half way through a call it said insert sim

Have you tried removing and reinserting the SIM card? 

Are you able to try the SIM in any other device to see if the same message shows?
