Sim card

Hi, I recently got new phone in May and am now experiencing problems with my Sim. 

 

My phones states no Sim or service even though the sim is in the phone. 

I have restarted phone, turnt off and on and removed and put back the sim card into the phone but nothing has worked

@Lozza94x  if your phone is stating no Sim then your Sim card is faulty and you need to request a replacement Sim card.  You can do this by calling customer services or by going to a local EE store with in date photo ID

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
