Hello @Aqsasiddique13 ,
Welcome to the community,
How long ago is it that you uased your old number? Did you move to another network with your mobile number and now want to move back to EE? If that is theg case, then you will need to get a PAC code from your present network to move to EE, which you then give to them once you have your SIM card from EE, which you will have to apply for.
If you do not have the number anymore, then you will not get the number back as it will have gone for ever, but you can apply for a new SIM card with a new number. You would have to log out, click on shop and choose sim only plan or pay as you go to get a new SIM card.
If you have lost or had the SIM card stolen, then you will need to report it to customer service and they will send a replacement SIM card, or if you are near an EE high street store, go there with a photo ID, and they should be able to sort you out.
