I ordered a new SIM card 17th July (new customer) it still hasn't arrived. I cant get beyond options menu as I do not have an EE number yet. Tried entering my order number on the tracking site and that isn't working.
How can I find out where my SIM is? My nearest shop is 1 hour 30 mins round trip.
Any way to get help

Is your SIM PAYG or pay monthly contract?
These are normally sent by second class post.

Thanks for the info, but unfortunately I have to have my EE mobile number to get through the voice menu.
I'm porting over an existing number from another network so I'm stuck in a cycle.
EE doesn't recognise my number it until I get the SIM (monthly not PAYG). There seems to be no way to get to speak to someone.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately the online chat team are unable to track orders for new customers.
However they passed me on to sales 07953 966250 and they were able to solve.

The way to solve this is to call sales 07953 966250 following the prompts through to mobile / new orders.
No EE number is required to get through the voice prompts. They were able to solve the issue.
