My SIM card has stoped working

@Pmitchell  if other people around you on EE have no signal also, then that could be a mast issue and not necessarily your SIM card but if you know for sure it’s your sim then you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID to request a replacement SIM card or you can call customer service to request a replacement sim
