Sim card stuck in damaged phone

I had ee insurance replace my damaged phone but the sim card was stuck inside the phone when it got damaged how do I get a new sim card replacement?

@Ciarandoonan94  You need to call customer services and request a replacement SIM card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
