@Mucha9227 Is your phone unlocked to use any network SIM card or is it locked to a network? EE isn’t responsible if your device is still locked to a network and it needs to be unlocked to use the EE sim. You need to ask that other network to unlock your device so you can use the EE network.

Have you allowed around 24 hours for the SIM card to activate? Have you tried restarting the device a few times ?

Can I confirm you have just joined EE on a SIM only plan and this SIM you have received is not working?
If yes, does your SIM connect to the EE network when placed into your phone?
