Why's it stopped working? If it's been disabled, a replacement SIM will be the same.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@GeorgeMcC , if your SIM card has stopped working, the quickest way, would be to go to an EE store to get a replacement, otherwise you would have to order a replacement SIM card, which usually takes anything up to 5 working days, as it is sent via second class post.

Have you taken your SIM card out and given it a wipe? You have not given much to go on here, whether you are on pay as you go or contract.

If pay as you go, how long is it since you made a chargeable call or text?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

How do I order a replacement SIM card please? I have a new mobile phone and the old one does not fit (it's too small)

@Olive18 : Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan @Shelly1218?

Are you only having this problem in one location or everywhere?
