Sim card issue: no service

Hi I am trying to set up new sim in my iPhone and it still says no service.(My iPhone is not from EE).

In addition, when I purchased this SIM card, I applied to keep my old phone number and submit the pac number.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM?

 

Is your iPhone unlocked for all networks?

Hi James,
It is Pay as you go and my phone is unlocked.
In the online chat with agents, I was told that the sim serial number is not matching and it is showing cancelled. But I just ordered it on Monday and received yesterday

Did you purchase your SIM with a pack? If not, have you topped it up to activate it?

Yes in uk now. I purchased this sim card with the 15£ pack.

Please get in touch with Customer Care on 0800 956 6000 so a member of the team can take a quick look at your account. If they're unable to activate the SIM at their end, they'll be able to send you a replacement.
