I have moved from bt to ee with 3 family mobiles. All numbers have transferred as my number so the 3 of us all have the same phone number on our new ee sims. How do I sort

What day did you submit your PAC to EE, and therefore what day were your numbers due to port?
If it was submitted yesterday for action today, then number ports can sometimes take until quite late in the day to be fully completed.
If it was submitted Wednesday or prior, for action Thursday or prior, then I would recommend you call EE C/S on 150 who can check your individual account further.

It was Wednesday (15th june) I submitted codes, which were not recognised by e.e, left it as had till 9th July to switch, then b.t sims turned off on 17th June (friday) all 3 mobiles ended up being on my b.t phone number. So texts and calls to my number were going through to all 3 mobiles. I've sorted it now though. Thanks for trying to help, it wasn't due to the switchover time though as suggested by community
