Sim Swap No 5G Can't Make Calls

Hello,

I recently chose to move from Vodafone to EE. Signed the new contract, sorted the PAC code and everything. Today it was meant to switch over and now I can't make calls or use my data with my new sim. It's not quite 6pm yet but I assumed this would be the latest it could switch. Any advice as to what may have gone wrong here?

@TomMJ  It’ll probably switch tomorrow as number migration doesn’t happen at the weekend so it’ll commence today and takes up to 24 hours Does the Voda sim still work?

"Upto 24 hours" is a misleading statement, the timescale is the following working day. Are you saying that today, 23/12 was the scheduled port-in-date? Alternatively, when exactly did you submit your PAC?

It can potentially take into the evening, but is usually complete by the end of the working day. Given the time of year, I would contact EE-CS on 150, they have access to your individual account and can advise on your specific port-in.
