I've upgraded my SIM only contract with ee. I did it online. It's asked me to confirm my postal address. Does this mean I'm getting a replacement SIM? Have tried contacting ee but gave up after 15 minutes. I wish I'd made the 10 mile trek to the ee shop....does anyone know the answer to my question...please.

Hi @Billyno20,
Welcome to the Community!
It is possible this is a security check, or your order might've gone through as an additional line, so it would be best to speak with the team, just to get this checked.
