How long does it take EE to Port my BT number? Why is it impossible to talk to a human? I am fed up with EE after only one day.

You can speak to EE CS on 150.
It normally takes 24 hours, but can take longer or less time.

I have tried 150 from the phone, but I haven't managed to talk to anyone as I get stuck in a series of options none of which are relevant.

Number ports are usually actioned the working day after PAC submission, providing it's submitted before 5.30pm

Not in my case. PAC submitted on 24/07 and still not done 4 days later. Tried contacting EE via phone and get the same non relevant options as the above poster. Finally got a text saying someone will call me ON THE NUMBER THAT HASN'T BEEN PORTED so they wont get through.

In addition to the above. Tried to Port again via EE text service. Told there was a problem and that they will ring me - guess what ... that's correct..the number that has NOT been ported. Oh, so I try to change my phone number listed as my contact for my account to my land line, however do be able to do this they send a text..to the number that hasn't been ported. Grrrrrr...
