STUPID SIM CARD WONT WORK

So yesterday, I had bought a simple from EE. The first couple of minutes it was working properly, but then my signal just went down to zero. I have been up all night until 5am trying to sort the problem. But nothing happened when I tried the solutions. Please help!

Phone has been rebooted?

What phone make/model?

Does your phone list a number for the SIM card?

I have sorted the problem. A bit of dirt was in the port and I got it out with a toothpick
