SIM cards in post

I'm supposed to have my SIM cards in the post by now, and you haven't debited my account for my bill. Why? It's for two different numbers xxxxxxxxxxx

Sim cards are sent by second class post, as for any billing account, if you want answers, you would have to ring customer service, as this here is not customer service and there is no account access,
