Replacement SIM not activating

I have received my replacement SIM. I have been to the sim swap section but can not see how to activate. Can anyone help? Thanks

What was the reason you needed a new SIM card? Have you tried just popping it into the device?

Replacement of an old SIM card.

Didn't know at the time there was a National outage and it seems to have
resolved by itself now but thank you for replying
