My phone wont pick up EE signal, took it to a repair shop and told me it`s the sim card faulty, could I have a new one and will I keep my number?

@AL33  Go to a EE store and request a replacement sim.  You’ll need in date photo ID with you.   Or you can call customer support to request a replacement sim. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
