I’ve had a new phone yesterday and putting my SIM card into my new phone it doesn’t work, I have no number no calls and texts and no data only Wi-Fi works - then when I put my sim back into my old phone it doesn’t work on there either

Hi, I have upgraded my phone through Apple but I’m keeping the same sim plan so I haven’t upgraded my sim, my sim plan is still active for 6 months

Hi, I’m not sure what’s happened to it, I can’t make or receive calls, I don’t have any data it says no service, I’ve spoke to Apple they can’t seem to help, it’s just since putting the sim in the new phone I thought it would transfer over ok but it won’t, then when I put my sim back in my old phone it does the same doesn’t work I can’t receive any codes to text as I don’t have a number right now

I'd suggest trying to speak to our Mobile Care team so that they can look into this for you.
