Hi, I have had an ESIM for about 2months now, been working absolutely fine. Over the past week the signal has kept dropping out and now has completely stopped working where my phone is now saying no Sim. I can’t find where the ESIM is located on the phone, on mobile data it is blurred out. The phone is an IPhone 12 Pro. I have updated the phone to latest iOS, no luck there, I have turned the phone off and back on again. Still no luck. Originally when it dropped out I turned the phone off and back on again and it just have worked for about 10mins before permanently not working. I just want this to work so then I can call up EE to discuss upgrading my phone for a better deal then in store

Hi, Chris.
I can confirm there is no issues in the area as other EE members have fine signal and even when I change location it still isn’t available
