Hi - I have an EE mobile (SIM only) and am charged separately for a SIM card to control a set of security gates. I know the phone number for the gate SIM, but don't have an EE account number for it and never receive a bill for it. Every contact I try to make with EE is automated and thinks I'm wanting to talk about my phone SIM. I need to talk to someone about issues with the mystery account. Anyone know where I go? Cheers.

Is the separate gate SIM on contract or PAYG?
