Hi can you please help me. I changed my sim from EE to Talk mobile . I provided STAC number to new provider but could not get PAC from EE . Now i could not retain my previous number with EE , it might lead to huge problem for me. Can any one tell me how I can get my previous number after closing my account by EE.

STAC & PAC serve very different functions.
A STAC terminates your number with your previous provider, and retains your new number with your new provider.
A PAC terminates your number with your previous provider, and ports the number across.
Thus you either use a PAC or you use a STAC - you are either issued one or the other.
When exactly did you port across? Unless this was a matter of hours ago, the chances are that - having now used a STAC, your previous number has gone.
