Replacement sim

I have order my replacement sim 3 to 4 times but I haven't  received  non yet ( Also received  a confirmation  on my gmail as you can see in the screenshot attached with this )Please can you order manual by the agent. And do send me confirmation.

Is the address in your EE Online account correct? When did you receive that email confirmation?

I have put the correct  address when I had placed the  order for replacement. And I have order so many times now ..like it will be 5th times i have ordered.I even talked to the EE customer  service  and they said that they have checked my account  and according to them I haven't  placed  any order at first place. I was surprised  because  I have this email as my proof and many more more with exact  samr confirmation

I am sorry we are unable to order the SIM card for you. I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile care guides or pop into an EE Store with photo ID, and the team will help with the replacement SIM.
