Hello I ordered a replacement sim on the 25th Dec because I lost my phone with it in and I'm unable to call 150 and other services because I no longer have a phone number.
It said it would take 2 days but didn't come so I waited a bit since the post has had strikes and backlog over Christmas time and still hasn't arrived.
It also said that the price of the sim would be taken next time I top up so I'm not sure if your waiting on payment before sending the sim? I'm a pay as you go customer and really need the number back.
Just wondering if I should still be expecting it.

Welcome to the community.
Do you live near an EE store? They may be able to give you a replacement SIM card there and then, if you pop in.

Hi @Lachlanboyle.
Yes, you will need to provide photo ID to our store such as a driving license/passport.

Hi @Lanchlanboyle.
The store will only accept a passport (from any country) or UK driving license.
Alternatively, you can give us a call and ask for another SIM to be sent.
