I ordered the 5G Standalone Sim on the 1st of December from my phone it has not arrived . Can I order it again from my phone or should I ring them. I expected it to have arrived by now.

I have the pixel 10 Pro with an Essentials Unlimited Plus plan that enables me to have the 5G Standalone Sim for free.

I contacted EE. The order had not gone through so they sent me a new sim card that arrived today. I put the new sim card in my phone. When i tried to register my new sim card it said "Well, that did not work". When I googled why it did not work one of the reasons listed said it could take up to 24hrs for the new sim to fully connect to the network. So I will wait before trying to register the sim card.
