Ive just recently bought a sim....Hasnt arrived yet, but ive updated MYEE, number has been ported, just need to pop the sim in my phone.
Im paying £10 per month minus 10% for being a BT Broadband customer so paying £9 per month for 20GB
My question is on the double data im entitled to for being a BT Halo customer.
On myEE its still showing as 20GB....Is their a timeframe for the update to 40GB, assume its not done automatically given its still showing as 20GB.
One other thing, im being billed from yesterday , 11 April, when i havent got the sim yet...Will this be rectified when i pop sim in...i realise its only pennies , but being Scottish...lol

When your SIM arrives, please get in touch with Customer Care on 150 so the team can make sure your double data is added and that you aren't out of pocket for the time you were billed while waiting for your SIM.

How did you set this deal up? I want to take advantage of the offer too but can’t figure out how to do it without having to call someone
