Replacement Sim Card

I ordered a new sim card last week after losing my phone 2 weeks ago.

I went to a store yesterday to check that the order was placed properly and will be sent. They couldn't help and couldn't order one.

Now today I tried the online help chat who told me to go to a store or call as they can't help.

Now I'm here asking the same question. How to contact ee to get a replacement sim when I have no friends who can help and no family as they recently all died. 

I can't contact social workers or anyone else unless it's by email which all take around t days before they even look at the emails.

To call I would need a replacement sim of .y own which is what seems to be the hardest thing possible for EE to sort out as it's so secret nobody is allowed to know about the status if the requested sim card.

Can anyone here help at all?

I've now begged in the streets for money to make €1.50 and just buy a new sim card to contact ee.

I can't believe this is my life due to an F'N sim card. 

My advice from this is as follows...

DONT EVER USE 2FA WITH EE .

IF YOU LOSE YOUR PHONE,

YOU'LL LOSE YOUR LIFE

@Gulfy  The store should be giving you a replacement SIM card, you need in date photo ID with you when you request a replacement SIM card.  You can not order online/by phone as you can you not receive a 2FA text to confirm it’s you making that order.   So the only option is a store. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As I ordered the sim myself the store cannot help as my account is now in arrears due to being unable to access my online bank account.

The two stores I visited also wouldn't allow me to use their phone to speak to customer service.

 

I'm completely baffled with all of this and can't believe how hard and frustrating ordering a new sim has been
