I had a Samsung phone and bought an iPhone 11 so had EE send me a new SIM for the iPhone. Put it in correctly but after 4 days still unable to make or receive calls on the new phone even with the SUM in place. Any ideas?

Are you not able to use your original SIM card? Normally there is no need for a new SIM card. If you still have your old SIM card, could you try it in your phone?
