Refund hasn’t came

Last Friday I ordered a plan £13.5 for 75GB but soon I realized that this data package was for a new SIM card rather than my original card, so I telephoned to cancel my order and apply for refund, but I haven’t received any message that my order is canceled and the refund hasn’t came to my account yet

Also, today I received 3 telephone calls from 01942901395. The guy said that he is a worker of EE and asked me something about this incomplete order and tried to convince me to sign a contract. I thought this is a scam so I refused and hang up the phone

Could anybody tell me if my order is canceled successfully in this situation? Is this phone number really an EE official number?

Hi @Adam_123,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry for the confusion with your new SIM, and the cancellation of this. We do not have account access here on the Community so it would be best to speak with our team, or log into your EE app to use our live chat service, and they can confirm if this cancellation has been processed for you.

As @XRaySpeX has advised above, the number that has called you is one of our Direct Partners. They may reach out from time to time with additional offers you may be eligible for. If you would prefer not to receive these calls then our team can update your marketing preferences when you speak with them.
