iPhone 16 plus - ordered 5th October

Good morning all, 

I applied for my upgrade on the 5th October 2025, received an email to say it will be dispatched in 7 days, then I got told yesterday and I’m yet still to receive any information in regards to my upgrade/dispatch, no emails, nothing on my EE account! Is anyone else having this trouble?

It is showing that the oldest outstanding order for that model is currently from 26th September.

However, when I look at the stock, the current guidance is 'not available' and it is also not on the website to order now.

It may be that we get some in to cover the existing outstanding orders but with there being older orders than yours, I couldn't say how long you would be waiting. 

Looking at the stock, the other 256GB options are showing as not available as well. The Teal version is available in 128GB with a 7 day wait if you wanted to change the storage size.

Ah sorry, I’ve just found the email that customer service had sent me when I placed my order, it is the 128gb iphone16 plus teal. So it should have been sent already? I got told last week it was a 7 day delay?
