If you install the Skype web-calling app and connect to a WiFi router, you can contact CS on 0800 0798586. Your other option is to find a friend or relative locally and borrow their phone.

When exactly was "recently"? Ports are usually completed the working day after PAC submission, and confirmed complete by a text message. A phone restart completes the process.
If it's been longer than that, you can contact CS on 0800 0798586 from any working phone.

Submitted request Wednesday, got confirmation text this morning about 9am. Restarted phone a few times, and swapped sim back and forth (and restarted phone), O2 sim is definitely deactivated now.
No working phone to call them on. Stranded now without assistance.
