You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.

Nie mogę nigdzie zadzwonić ani korzystać z internetu. I to jest nowa karta sim

Karta sim jest miesięczna kupiłem ja parę dni temu i nie mogę jej uruchomić. I nie mieszkam w Wielkiej Brytanii tylko w Polsce i interesuje mnie internet.

Kartę  sim kupiłem parę dni temu i nie mogę ją uruchomić interesuje mnie internet na Europę  i nic nie działa
