Sorry, but what is the problem with your SIM card? Did you not receive it? If you ordered one, then you need to give it 3-7 working days for it to arrive as they are sent via second class post. Please write in English, as we are in the UK and need it in English to understand and reply, thank you.

I can't download the e-sim card.

@Slawomir79 , are you on contract or pay as you go? If you are on pay as you go, you cannot have it, you can only have a physical SIM card. Do you already have a physical SIM card?
