I need a new sim since i have been blocked for no reason i am in abroad and cant use my phone

What is happening when you try to use the SIM? 

I understand the need to have it working when you are abroad, but with you mention that it has been blocked, it may not need a replacement.

@thomasraja , if on monthly contract, did you activate roaming on your account before going abroad? If not, then you will have to contact customer service to enable roaming, which you can do using Skype, see my signature.

On pay as you go it is automatically enabled.

Did you first use the SIM card in the UK? This has to be done otherwise it will not work if on pay as you go , you need to make a chargeable call or text in the UK first.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I contacted the EE and they told me to order a new sim since i have
been blocked. I have tried and not been able to complete the set up.
I have been in abroad for the last ten days and lost the sim
connection and need a new sim.

Jf you are abroad, then you will not be able to activate sim card until you return to the UK. You will have to wait until you return to the UK to even attempt to get as new SIM card.
