this is not helpful at all if your phone will not send or receive calls and you have no access to any other phone what the heck do I do to get service activated!!!!!!!

You've added to quite an old thread that had some out-of-date advice in it, so yours is now a new post.

What's the issue you have? It's always useful to have access to another phone incase of an issue with your main service - can you borrow a phone from a friend or relative? Using a web-calling app such Skype over a WiFi-connection is another option if it's EE-CS you need to call.
