Where do I get my replacement handset eSim QR code?

I took delivery of an Apple iPhone 14 Pro this morning. And as it was a replacement for a faulty iPhone I had to hand my old one over to the courier as I took collection of the new one. I don't use a sim card - I'm on eSim.
To 'Set up mobile services' I'm being asked to transfer from a nearby iphone or use a QR code. Given I don't have my previous phone to hand - and I can't make any phone calls. Where do I go to generate that QR code? Thanks

@Hthoresby  You’re going to have to call customer services so they can activate your eSIM for you.  A  QR code is to transfer a number from a Sim card to the eSIM.
