Hi @shagdani 

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your sim card, have you reported it as lost to us yet?

We have various ways that you can get a replacement sim card.

You can pop into one of our stores, and they can replace the sim card there and then for you.

You can also request a new sim via your online EE account, to order a new sim just:

  1. log into your EE account online
  2. go to the mobile account you need a SIM for
  3. scroll down the page
  4. under Phones and devices
  5. select eSIM/SIM Replace
