Sorry to hear you have lost your SIM card. Have you reported this to Customer Service to block your SIM card from anyone else using it? 

Have a look at What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen? - EE for more helpful information about the steps to take. 

You can order a replacement SIM card by calling customer service where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card for you. Contact Us | Help & Support - EE 

Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM card free of charge straight away.

@Daneka1   Read the comment above yours on how to get a replacement SIM card.  You’ll not get one by asking on here. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community.

If you are the account holder you can go to an EE store with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they will be able to provide you with a replacement SIM card.

Welcome to the community.

We don't have access to your account here, so we're not able to arrange for a replacement SIM for you, but there are a couple of options for you to get one.

The first one is to give our customer service guides a call from another phone, and they can block the lost SIM and sent one out in the post for you.

Alternatively, if you have an EE store nearby, and you are the account holder, you can visit the store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they can activate a replacement SIM with your number.

Thanks for coming here. 

I'd recommend reporting this by calling our customer care line on 150 from another EE handset or 07953 966 150. 

The team will be able to suspend your line and send you a replacement.
