Welcome to the community.
Is the mobile number you entered 11 digits long (with no spaces either side)? Also, is the PAC in the format of three letters followed by six numbers, like this: ABC123456?

PAC checked and correct.
It's been a day since I activated the new sim and want to port in my old number. But the error is still there.

Called and I'm told it will be effective tomorrow.
Btw, I really do think the error is a bug on your page. Will somebody take a look and fix it for other users who would like to port their number?
